I tried to clean the printhead thru the software.  Removed and manually cleaned the printhead.  Still no good. Can you please tell me the official HP Part No. for this printhead?  Thank You.  J

The printhead for the Officejet 4622 is not considered user replaceable.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black or color not printing on your Officejet 4620.

If the standard troubleshooting did not resolve black or color not printing I would suggest removing the offending cartridge.  Turn it over and examine the area around the ink port.  There are four orange plastic spots, left over from the protective cap.  Make sure these are flush with the cartridge body, if not carefully trim them flush.  If the plastic nubs protrude they can prevent the cartridge from seating properly.  Before replacing the cartridge in the printer dribble a few (maybe four) drops of hot water into the ink port in the printer and two drops into the ink port on the cartridge then snap the cartridge back in position.

It may also help to manually clean the printhead as described in the post here.

I have also seen cases where leaving the printer overnight after the cleaning cycles allows black to recover.

If none of the above restores black printing your printer will likely require repair or replacement.

One additional thought - if you can actually remove and then replace the printhead then soaking the printhead as described in the post here may help.

I did remove the print head and manually cleaned it.  Still no good.  I mentioned that in my original post.

EBAY sells aftermarket HP printheads.  I just want to make sure I am getting the correct printehead.  That's why I asked for the HP part no.

In your first post you mentioned that you had cleaned the printhead.  That may mean different things to different people.  Did you actually soak the printhead as described in my post above?

As for a printhead from eBay - I think you would be better off with a new printer.  At the least make sure there is some refund policy if/when the replacement printhead does not work properly.  I have seen too many cases where folks tried to replace a non-replaceable printhead with very poor results.  You might check the reviews on Amazon for similar items.  One case I saw had 100% failure rates - none of the five customers writing reviews had success.

I have not found any HP documents that specify the part number for the printhead for the Officejet 4620 series printers.  HP does not list the part number because it is not considered a replaceable part.  My go-to place for such information is the HP Partsurfer site, it does not list the printehad for this model.
