Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there. I just got today my printer which is HP CM2320FXI MFP and I want to print some bussines card on A4 240grams paper. Can that be done with this printer? If yes, should I put the paper inside the 2 tray of papers or somewhere else?

If this is your printer:

HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi Multifunction Printer

 

Product Introduced mid-late 2008

 

 

The printer does not support A4 paper at 240g/m2.

 

User Guide > Chapter 6 - Sub-Section Supported paper types and tray capacity - Page 57

 

Consider using paper / labels / business cards that to not exceed the weight limitations.

For example: Paper should not exceed 200 g/m2.

 

NOTE:  Most printers will not allow you attempt to "trick" the printer by selecting photo paper and then using a different media type.
