I am getting frustrated because I periodically go through this where my printer will stop working.  I used to think it was my old laptop but I have since gotten a new Microsoft Book 2 in February and it took me 2 weeks to get it set up. Only to have it stop working a few days ago. I removed the printer and the Google Cloud Printer.  When I add it back, it immediate changes it to Scan Only - DO NOT DELETE. I have downloaded software, firmware and all say their okay. I also have downloaded the HP fix software and it states everything is okay. I believe it's related to the port but I do not know how to fix that if the diagnostic tool does not do it for me. I cannot find an email or phone number for HP anywhere so I am at a loss and very frustrated. Please help! I am trying to print a template to make surgical masks as a furloughed healthcare worker.

I have the same issue trying to install Officejet 4650 on my HP windows 10 laptop.
