Product: hp pro 6968

I just go a new compute and installed the printer drive. When I print double sided, one side is upside down. I've tried switching to  Flip on Short Edge and the problem still occurs. I've never had this issue before. Is there another way to address this issue.

This could be an issue with the printer driver settings or the drivers installed. To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
