Product: Officejet 3830

I recently added a second OfficeJet 3830 printer to my small network and now the new one will not print color when printing from windows.  Test print looks fine.  Prints color on it.

Don't know what software you're using that won't print color--I was trying to print color using MSOffice 2007.  I ended up installing, from HP's website, a 2007 version of the HP 3830 driver and am able to get color printouts.
