HP photosmart c5180

When copying a blank sheet of paper, it prints covered in coloured lines and squares / splodges of black ink. Each time they are in different places on the sheet of paper.

It does not happen when printing from a computer only when photo copying.

I have cleaned the glass and plastic on the scanner with a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner, cleaned printer head, reset the printer entirely but it is still doing it. The image attached is a blank piece of paper photocopied in colour.
