Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Folks, I have tried everything but cant print shipping labels barcode properly. Also none of my apple devices can print pdfs. 

 

Can anyone help who faced similar issue?

I'd like to help!

 

 

To better assist you - 

 

1) Are you able to make copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

3) What is the mac os version on your computer?

4)What is the paper type and size you are printing on?
