Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970

When I attempt to print from my Motorola Droid II, I cannot change the paper size.  There is no drop down, just "Main-Paper". I had a previous HP printer paired with this mobile phone and did not have this issue. What am I doing wrong?

As I understand, you're not getting paper size options on your phone, 

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Which application are you printing from?

Could you share a screenshot of the screen?

Are you printing from HP Smart app? 

 

If not, I suggest you try using the HP Smart app to print photos and documents: Click here
