I am having trouble printing color properly, tried printing a Print quality Diagnostic page, seems there is no Cyan or light Cyan. Print cartridge level shows over  well half. tried cleaning print head as in the instructions on the HP web site, using distilled water. After all this was told to change print cartridge. My question is is it possible to be the print head in my printer where the print cartridge goes in, or is there anything else that could be the problem. I use the color very very little even maybe several months. Any help is appreciated

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like cartridge related issue, not a printhead however you can remove the colour ink cartridge and print only with black ink.

hello, yes it was the print cartridge, put in new cartridge and prints fine. I was hesitant to buy a new cartridge, only to have the problem in the computer. I started to look for a new HP printer, but HP has a policy on new computers, THEY CHANGE PRINT CARTRIDGE 3 so the new cartridge I purchased would have been useless if I purchased a new computer, thank you again
