Trying to add wireless printer. Not listed. Could not install manually. Ran HPSmart, printrer appears offline. It is online because I printed with other PC. This problem started about a week ago. I have looked for help everywhere.

Ran the Scan Doctor -- it shows the printer with message "Not Installed" - PC not recognizing wireless printer when trying to Add Printer - "The printer that I want isnt listed" - I guess this is a Windows issue -- the problem started about a week ago, Prior to that, it was working fine.

Yes, probably a windows update messed something with the driver. Restart the print spooler in WIN10 and run HP smart don't use Add printer, use HP Smart.
