approx 3 weeks old. drivers are up to date. total number of color prints - 8 full letter size pages.
good color prints until today.
now getting error message out of paper when submitting a color print such as a photo.
good black text prints, and, good color copies with the copy function.
so, only the color print is triggering the out of paper message.
tried sending print jobs from hp win10 laptop, hp printer app on kindle fire hdx, emailing print job to hpeprint.
what i tried to resolve this:
1. reset by pulling the electric plug with printer turned on,
2. reset to factory specifications from menu settings,
3. checked software for paper output compatibility.

interestingly enough I shut the machine down for 24 hours and the next day the color prints were fine.
heat, such as a heater or the sun wasn,t a factor; however the deep sleep was on for several hours.
I,m glad I have a second hp printer for backups!
