I have the same issue as many other posters on this forum as it relates to the error message I got on my HP Office jet 4650. The error message is oxb94da7e6 and now my computer no longer turns on. It's essentially a brick. Can it be saved?

Hi @Vicmore92,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 0xb94da7e6 on your HP OfficeJet 4650 typically indicates a hardware issue. Since you mentioned that your computer no longer turns on, it suggests there might be a significant problem either with the printer or the computer itself. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Unplug the printer from the power outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and try turning it on.
Check Connections:
- Ensure that all cables (power and USB) are securely connected.
- If using a power strip, try plugging the printer directly into the wall outlet.
Reset the Printer:
- If the printer powers on, you can perform a factory reset. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to reset your specific model.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- If you can get the printer to power on, check for firmware updates through the HP Smart app or the HP support website.
Computer Troubleshooting:
- If your computer is not turning on at all, ensure it is getting power. Check the power cable, and try a different outlet.
- If the computer shows signs of life (like lights or fans running), but it won't boot, consider booting into Safe Mode or using recovery options.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
