Hello: Getting an "ink system Failure" error message on screen,have installed new cartridges OEM

This is a great place to visit for Community and HP support! I see that you are getting the error " Ink System Failure". Thanks for letting me know you already changed the cartridges and have the same results. I would like to be able to help you.
You can try cleaning the contacts to see if that will help: An 'Ink cartridge is missing, incorrectly installed, or not intended for your device' Message Displa... Disregard the title.
Please try the reset and make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet.
'Printhead failure' Message Displays on the All-in-One when Printing any Document. Disregard the title.
If the issue is resolved, your welcome to show your appreciation by clicking the "Accept as Solution" and the "Thumbs Up". Let me know how you make out. Thank you.
