Product: HP DeskJet 2732 All-in-One Printer

Hello, 

The black ink of my printer fades outs in some areas of the printer.  The ink level is very good.  Checked online how to clean it, but the instructions given as Open the HP Smart app, click printer image, open settings and manage tools... I can get until open settings but don't have the option of tools or click print quality neither clean printhead or clean.  How do I find the Print quality tools?
