Ah, you're trying to print Instant Ink invoices from your web browser.
What you can do is take a screenshot of the billing info. To reach the billing info from the main Instant Ink page, click on Activity Log and then Billing to display the information. Once done:
- Hold down Shift, Command, and 4.
- Click around the area you want to print.
- Drag the mouse to create a box around the information you want to print.
Please let me know if you are able to save and then print the screenshot of the billing information. If you are, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs icon. Both icons can be found below this post.

Hey @emw44,
I see that you are having some issues with printing from your Mac OSX 10.10 machine to your Envy 5646 e-All-In-One Printer. I can help you with that, however I am going to need more information first. Please let me know the following:
- How the printer is connected to your PC.
- The program you are printing from.
- What error messages you see when you try to print.
- If you see the same error when printing from other programs.
Once I know more I will be better able to assist you.

The printer is connected wirelessly. I don't understand what you mean by 'what programme you are printing from'
I have gone to my billing section of my account, to print the eprint invoices connected to my plan.
There are no error messages as there is nothing capable of being printed.
There is a list of bills, but nothing clicks to send me to any sort of link. And though there is a post saying I should see a note to print pdf, there is no such option.
Perhaps I am at the wrong section of the account?
