I am having the same problem with my brand-new HP8720. The print and scan doctor says everything is correct, but the printer ignores any attempt to have something printed from the internet, including email. Yet, it prints any document on my computer. The printer indicates it is correctly connected to my wireless network, and the software system indicates it was installed correctly. Help, please. I have never had any problem with previous hp printers.

I'm having a similar problem. Up until recently, I could print from my Windows 10 laptop to my HP laser jet pro MFP M277c6 printer. Now I can't print anything from the internet, unless I first save it as PDF and then print. How can I fix this?

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to print from internet.I would like to help you resolve this issue.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- How is the printer connected to the computer, USB or wireless?
- Did you do any hardware or software changes?
- Which browser are using to print from internet?
Meanwhile:
Try to print from a different browser and heck if that work.
Perform hard reset on the printer.
- Remove the power cable from the printer when it is turned on.
- Press and hold the power button for 30secs.
- Connect the power cable to the printer and directly to the wall outlet.
- Turn on the printer.
Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.
Cheers.

I HAVE A MACBOOK PRO-High Sierra--and just bought a new HP OfficeJetPro 9015 multitfunction printer. When i try to print from Chrome get this message, "Selected printer is not available or not installed correctly" But it IS installed and is read by every other functrion or app on my computer. I'm having to save to pdf and then print and that's a pain. What's the solution?
