Bonjour,

Mon imprimante Officejet 3831 scanne sans problème. Mais lorsque je veux imprimer, que ce soit en copie, ou depuis mon PC, elle déroule le papier normalement, fait comme si elle imprimait, mais la feuille sort blanche.... Je n'ai aucun message d'erreur

Si quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème et l'a résolu, merci de me dépanner.
