Hi I just installed my printer today,on the account notification email it said that you will receive a set of replacement hp instant ink cartidges in about 10 business days, however, on instantink HPconnected there are no shipment history under past and future shipments. According to my printer (on the printer) i am low on ink so it woulld be important for the cartridges to arrive soon as possible but when i check my ink levels on the website the status of my ink is installed and it doesn't register that is low on ink. why does the webite not register that printer is low on ink? how can i check if ink cartridges are actuslly sent like it says in the email when it doesn't show up on the website?

The welcome kit takes about seven to ten days to arrive after the printer is enrolled.

 

If you just enrolled / set up with Instant Ink, there are not going to be notification of "past shipments" and the new (anticipated) shipment is likely not yet in the database.

 

If you need ink before that time, you must purchase ink to use in the printer and continue to use your purchased ink until the kit arrives and / or your purchased ink needs to be replaced.  Remember that when you do switch over to Instant Ink to install all the Instant Ink cartridges (black / color) together.

 

If this does not make sense, if you feel the information is inaccurate, unacceptable, other than what is true for your situation, please do contact HP / Instant Ink in your region and speak / chat (only where available) with a staff member.
