Printer wouldn't print, assuming because payment to insta-ink needed updated. I canceled the subscription and have ink I purchased. Dashboard said ink was empty so I put the insta-ink cartridge back in. Canceled Jan 4th but acct states it is active until Jan 24th. Today is Jan 4th. Printer still will not print. Was I under false impression that this HP monitored ink supply "service" is optional?
