I am out of color ink, but haven't received a replacement cartridge. I did get a black cartridge in the mail this week, even though it's not needed yet.

Hi,

Please use the link below to login to your account and check if you have any shipments pending. Also check for any record of a welcome pack that should have been sent shortly after your enolled.

If there's no sign of a shipment and you are out of ink, please use the link below to contact instant ink support and request new cartridges (logout of the account to see the contact details).

Use the country flag option to select your country support.
