The exclamation light and power light keeps blinking and I have been unable to print. This happens frequently and I am sick of it! Also why can't there be a user manual to help solve simple problems? Why do I need to make an account or reach out on Facebook and then also wait until normal business hours to get help vs reading an error code manual to solve my own issue! Your connect methods suck as bad as these error codes and printers!!! All I kept finding is "Print has an error message and needs attention" No **bleep**! what attention and how to solve it, now that would be HELPFUL!

Thank you kindly to who ever can fix this issue!

Much Love! Future reference DONT BUY Laster Jet M140w printer!

Hi @ meamea94,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration you're experiencing with your HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer. While I can't directly fix the issue, I can offer suggestions that might help:

Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer. Open all the access doors and check for any obstructions. If there is a paper jam, carefully remove the paper.

Restart the Printer: Sometimes, simply turning off the printer, unplugging it for a minute, and then restarting it can resolve minor issues.

Update Firmware/Drivers: Make sure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Additionally, check if there are any updated drivers for your operating system.

Check Connectivity: Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, check the Wi-Fi connection.

Reset the Printer: Consult the printer manual to find instructions on how to perform a factory reset. This can sometimes resolve persistent issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
