Hi @bnshrut13,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-In-One Printer where print jobs are not printing, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network.
  • If using a USB connection, make sure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer.
  • If using a wireless connection, ensure that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off the printer and your computer.
  • Wait for a few minutes, then turn them back on.
  • Once both devices have restarted, try printing again.

Check Print Queue:

  • Open the print queue on your computer to ensure that the print jobs are not stuck.
  • Cancel any pending print jobs and try printing a new document.

Printer Status:

  • Check the printer's display panel for any error messages or warnings.
  • Make sure there is enough paper in the tray and that there are no paper jams.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.
  • Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.

Restart Print Spooler:

  • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter to open the Services window.
  • Scroll down and locate "Print Spooler" in the list.
  • Right-click on "Print Spooler" and select "Restart."

Reinstall Printer:

  • Remove the printer from your computer and reinstall it.
  • Go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & scanners," select your printer, and click "Remove device." Then, reinstall the printer.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website.
  • Download and install any available firmware updates.

Check Print Settings:

  • Make sure the print settings (such as paper size, orientation, etc.) in your document and printer software match the actual settings of the printer.

By going through these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer not printing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
