The printer is reset, but the situation does not change.
- on a terminal it prints the A4s with black lines on the right edge, the A3s are correct.
- on two terminals it prints the A3 in black and white and in draft quality, the A4s are correct.
- on a terminal it does not print the A3, the A4 are correct.
No problem in photocopying of any format.
No problems in scans.
I emphasize that the installation procedure is the same on all terminals that have the same operating system.
We have had several printers, but this time we have no idea what's going on.
