my 4200 series printer, envlope printing doesn't happen correctly

when printing size 10 envlope, return address doesn't show and mailing address is printed on the very top of the envlope.

The scale was set to fit page, text size was either 10 or 12. I turned the printer off & on and the problem presists

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• Did this happen after a recent window or software update?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

• 1 Remove all paper from the paper tray. 
• 2 Insert one or more envelopes into the right side of the paper tray with the envelope flap up and to the left. Slide the envelope forward until it stops.
• 
• 3 Slide the paper guide against the envelopes (do not bend the envelopes with the paper guide). Make sure the envelopes fit under the tab of the paper guide.
