i have problem with my printer sum letters missing on printing at the time of documents printing and sum black patches are coming on print page

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Does this happen while copying too?

 

Press and hold the Start Copy Color button  on the printer control panel for 3 seconds to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page.

 

Let me know how this report looks.
