Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Whether I try to print from my desktop or use the printer to copy a document from feeder or flatbed, it doesn't not print the very top of the document. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi, I noticed you're having trouble with your print jobs cutting off at the top margin.

 

It sounds like you might need to adjust the print settings

 

Go to HP Printers -- Printing and Changing Print Settings (OS X) for information that might help you solve the issue.
