Product: officejet pro 8625
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

New printer works great on standard paper.  It will not accept (feed) photo paper.  I just replaced same unit model 8600 which would accept the photo paper.  Any thoughts?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that your printer is not feeding photo paper. 

Are you getting any error messages? 

What is the size and density of the photo paper?

Could be that the paper is not loaded correctly. HP Officejet Printers - Loading Paper, Envelopes
