Hi @officejethp7612,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand that you are trying print a custom size print with your HP Officejet 7612, and I am happy to help!
According to this printer's specifications, 210 *210 is an unsupported paper size for this printer. The supported paper sizes are:
100 x 150 mm (3.94 x 5.91 inches)*
2L*
U.S. Letter: 216 x 279 mm (8.5 x 11 inches)
216 x 330 mm (8.5 x 13 inches)
U.S. Legal: 216 x 356 mm (8.5 x 14 inches)
U.S. Executive: 184 x 267 mm (7.25 x 10.5 inches)
A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 inches)
U.S. Statement: 140 x 216 mm (5.5 x 8.5 inches)
152.4 x 203.2 mm (6 x 8 inches)
B5 (JIS): 182 x 257 mm (7.2 x 10.1 inches)
Edge-to-Edge A4 (borderless printing)
Edge-to-Edge Letter (borderless printing)
A5: 148 x 210 mm; (5.8 x 8.3 inches)*
279 x 356 mm (11 x 14 inches)*
310 x 310 mm (12 x 12 inches)*
B4 (JIS): 257 x 364 mm (10.2 x 14.3 inches)
Tabloid: 279 x 432 mm (11.0 x 17.0 inches)*
Super B: 330 x 483 mm (13.0 x 19.0 inches)*
A3: 297 x 420 mm (11.7 x 16.5 inches)
A3+: 330 x 483 mm (13.0 x 19.0 inches)
Edge-to-Edge Tabloid (borderless printing)
Edge-to-Edge A3 (borderless printing)
As a workaround, I would recommend to try assigning an alternate driver, you can try the steps for Windows 8 in this post, How to Assign Alternate Print Drivers in Different Versions of Windows, as they will work on Windows 10. Then try your custom paper size.
Otherwise, please try one of the supported paper sizes listed above.

thank you for the suggestion,
the driver change solved the problem, but HP have made it simple to change drivers,
if you have installed full software you get something like in dutch "hp series 7610 printerhulp" translates as printersupport, it has a button customize printer which lets you change name , safety settings and drivers
my 8500 driver was posted there and i can easily switch drivers, just leave the tab open to be able to revert back
thanks again for you help

Hi officejethp7612,
Thank you for your reply!
The alternate driver was the only other option at this time. If that did not resolve the issue, the only other option is to use one of the supported paper sizes that I mentioned.
If you are able to reach some resolution, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
Best regards! 🙂
