Just went from dsl to cabled internet.  Use my printer wirelessly and print cable to desktop that does not have wifii capabilities.  Can print from phone just fine, but when I try to print from computer, document goes to print queue and then immediate error and does not print.  I turned off the computer and printer and unplugged the printer for more than 30 seconds.  nothing seems to help.  Wondering if I should uninstall and reinstall the printer again, but as I recall I had to have a Tech walk me through because I needed both wireless and cabled access.  Any suggestions?

First you need to clarify a few things. Is your printer being connected to the non-wireless computer with a USB cable?  Secondly, are you using WIFI direct to connect the phone to the printer, or do you have a wireless network that both the phone and the printer attach to?

Hi  the wireless computer is using USB.  The computer is connected to the  router and the printer is connected to the computer.  There are no ports to attach the printer to the router so I am using wifii direct.
