Hi,
I have a problem with my HP ENVY 4524, Serial number: [edit] , Product number:F0V72B.
I use this printer very rare to print few pages per month. Today I've noticed error coming on the screen: "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed"
Printer has genuine cartridges since purchasing. I've found similar problem on your website:
and also on the YouTube:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSL-MRHtJbI
I've tired resolve problem by myself and did all what is on YouTube but no success. Error still appear on the screen.
Cartridges are still good because when I put black cartridge on paper I see black ink and also when I put colour cartridge I see three colours: red, yellow & blue.
Level on the printer screen shows nearly full.
I do not want to buy new cartridges as they are still have inks.
Please help me resolve my issue.
Thank you.

There is only two way to contact HP:
- HP Virtual Agent which is useless and did not get any answer at all
- HP Support Community which I've already did
Give up now. I've spent to much time to try resolve issue. I am gonna buy a new printer but definitely not HP!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
