i have no such error code but every time that i print something it cuts over half the lines in half. i have realigned, cleaned printer heads, unplugged for 30 seconds and tried it again but its still doing this. i am in school so need this fixed asap

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.
Here we have an issue with at least one ink cartridge. But Don't worry, in many cases you can resolve that kind of problem on your own.
Please upload an example here at the community by using the button in the texteditor.
In addition to that, please turn both cartridges upside down for about an hour. After that, re-insert the cartridges and run an automatic cartridge cleaning.
