Hi @ToffeeBlue,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're encountering an issue with HP Smart and receiving a message stating that the invitation is no longer valid when trying to access the Instant Ink dashboard, it's possible that there may be a temporary problem with the service or an issue with your account. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem.

  • Clear your browser cache: Clearing the cache can help resolve temporary issues and ensure you're accessing the latest version of the website. Go to your browser settings, find the option to clear the cache, and then try accessing HP Smart again.
  • Use a different browser or device: If the issue persists, try using a different browser or device to access HP Smart. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your current browser or device.
  • Restart your printer and computer: Sometimes, restarting your printer and computer can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your printer and computer, wait for a few seconds, and then power them back on. Once they've restarted, try accessing HP Smart again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
