@dfranks, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Make sure the printer is connected to the Win 10 PC on the same wireless network.
  • This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the PC should be on the 2.4GHz network.

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

  1. Click the Plus sign  on the Home screen or left menu bar.

A list of available printers displays.

    Selecting a different printer

  2. Click the printer you want to add.

If your printer does not display, click  Set Up a New Printer, and then follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
