Hi @Dev1122
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
The blinking white light on your HP Printer 2776 indicates that the printer is in an error state or requires attention.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check for Error Messages:
- If you're using a computer or mobile device, check for any error messages displayed in the HP Smart app or on your device's screen. These messages can provide specific details about the issue.
2. Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- This can help reset the printer and clear temporary errors.
3. Check Ink Cartridges:
- Open the printer's ink cartridge access door and ensure the cartridges are properly installed.
- If the ink cartridges are low or empty, replace them with new ones.
4. Check Paper Tray:
- Ensure there is paper loaded in the input tray and that it is properly aligned.
- Remove any jammed or stuck paper from the printer.
5. Update Printer Firmware:
- Visit the HP Support page for your printer model and download the latest firmware updates. Keeping the firmware up to date can resolve many issues.
6. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This utility can automatically detect and fix common printer issues.
