Hello, I recently had an update on my Mac - macOS Big Sur, and since then, I am unable to print documents.  Only the letterhead prints, but the actual body of the document doesn't print.  I have tried uninstalling, re booting, switching off & on, but nothing seems to work.  I have even tried to print from my iPhone, but that no longer works either.  Any solutions would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Update the printer firmware: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let's restore the settings on the Printer: Go to the setup menu>Printer Maintenance>Restore>Restore Factory Defaults

Once done, connect the printer back.

Let me know if this helps.
