HP Recommended

My printer is new, received for Christmas but only set up about a month ago. It's been wroking fine but yesterday, while trying to print some receipts, I kept getting Printer preview error. I tried printing from other sites ie Pinterest and was able to. I went to a second site, Amazon, to print receipts and again, got same message. I can print from my e mail, as today I printed Midas coupons from there. Today, tried printing from Stop and Shop site, got same message but then it printed...but only one of three pages. Tried again, same thing....got message, it printed one page only then stopped. I followed the steps beginning with going to Windows, open programs and features and so on. When I got to #9, look for HP printer driver....all I can find is HP printer PCL3 A size printer class....ends but think it says driver after that. So if I cant find HP printer driver in list, what do I do next? Greatly appreciate and help. This is so frustrating and I use my printer all the time.  Thank you
