Hello-
I am having the same exact problem. Just got this new printer delivered on Friday - printed a few things and when I finally got it hooked up to my android cell - I started getting that error message. I tried resetting, I tried cleaning the ink cartridge.. nothing is working

The message message refers to the Black ink cqrtridge -i think).
I have reintalled both cartridges several times biut the error persists.

You sometimes get this error message when one of the ink cartridges is empty. I went to "Supply Levels"
under "Printers and Scanners" and noticed thst my colour cartridge was completly empty. I replaced it
and the printer is now working fine - so you should first check the supply levels of both cartridges.
