Good evening,

I have cleaned the cartridges an follow every suggestion shared in this forum. Unfortunately, my printer still displays error: Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge...’ it has been over 7 weeks trying all suggestions . Please advise what else you suggest to fix this error.

I see that you have issues with the installed ink cartridges. To assist you better, I would like to know if the printer is enrolled on HP Instant Ink program?

 

If yes, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

I have the same issue with my Envy Photo 7855... now for the second time.

 

I've followed the reset instructions and no luck.

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".

I am having the same problem. I tried the reset that you suggested and nothing changed. Can a replacement cartidge be sent to me. have only been using HP ink as well.

Hi, I am having the very same issue. Have performed the requested steps multiple times. Clean heads, and cartridges, factory reset on the printer, logged into my InstantInk account and i cannot receive any further cartridges until i resolve the issue. 

 

Can someone help me please?

I have removed/reinstalled the ink cartridges, pulled the power from the printer and outlet, but nothing works after multiple attempts. Please help.
