HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I can't scan or print wirelessly to my printer. I am able to print from my phone or use the printer by connecting laptop with a USB. When I try to update settings on my printer it says it's locked by the administrator. I own the printer and none of my accounts and passwords work. How can I reset to factory defaults without the account and password? I've seen another response where they say to do a cold reset. That's not even an option on the screen.
