Hey @Patrick38,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you are having some issues with scanning from your Deskjet 3630 e-All-In-One Printer to your Windows 10 PC. I can help you with that.
The printer does not have a Scan button on the front of the printer. If you wish to scan, you instead need to open the scanning software on your PC. You should have an icon on your Desktop or within your programs with a name similar to Deskjet 3630 series. If you do, run that to find the scanning software. If you do not, you can download the latest drivers and software by clicking on this link.
Please let me know if you are able to scan after following the above. If you are, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
I work on behalf of HP
Please click “Accept as Solution ” below the post that solves your issue to help others find the solution.
Please click the Thumbs up icon below to say “Thanks” for helping!

I have downloaded the link suggested and I still can't get the scanner to work.
The scanner window opens but only says save. When i press that nothing happens and when I press enter on the keyboard nothing happens.
