I have the same problem with my OfficeJet 9018. Which control panel are talking about? I do not see a "Scanners & cameras" listed anywhere.

I see that you are unable to use the Automatic Document Feeder to scan the documents, to provide you with an accurate solution I'd like to know the following-

  • Does the copy work fine? If yes, are you trying to scan from the computer or the printer?
  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Is there any error message on the computer or the printer?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

HI, thanks for responding.

 

The copy works fine. I am trying to scan from the printer. Scanning from the computer works fine.

Using Windows 10 Home on HP laptop

Error Code on printer is: 0xc19a003
