Hi @JCR52,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
The Browser you are using to display the emails may lack the settings you need (for example, Page Setup to adjust the size / Fit-to-width).
The browser or program may lack settings to translate the content into something the printer can understand. Odd fonts or images within the content is one possible issue of email print problems.

Chrome provides little in the way of setups -- one oddity in the Chrome browser as it shows on my Windows 10 Pro system:
Chrome > open web page > Settings > Print > More Settings >
Most of the content on the page (to be printed) does not show up on the preview screen...
Click Background graphics to UNCHECK > Click again to CHECK Background graphics >
and the graphics and text finally show up as expected...
- Try a different browser to open the email
- If not using a browser > Check the settings for print in the email program you are using
- If all else fails, download / Snip the content, save it, and print the data as an image
Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC / Foxit)
If this does not work, I recommend you contact phone support. They can help you via remote assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
