@Unknown6

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, your printer is not printing and gives an error message "Attention required"

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes made?

Are you able to print from a different PC?

Are you able to scan or make a photocopy?

Let's try these steps mentioned in the article: https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c00113719 (Although the topic of the document is different from your issue we could still try these steps)

Step 2: Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor

Step 3: Clear the print queue

Step 4: Reset the printer and the computer

Step 5: Use a printing troubleshooting tool (Windows 7 and later)

Step 6: Create a manual connection (network connections only)

Step 7: Add a second printer device to Windows (network connections only)

Let me know how this goes,

Cheers!
