my printer is brand new but when I started to print always says paper mismatch,  im trying to search how to fix this problem. i was trying to change the default paper size automatically detected by the printer through Embedded Web Server (EWS) and i cheked the default paper size but not working please help me howto fix this problem.

Let's try the following steps:

• (1) Load legal size paper in your printer's paper tray

• (2) Click on your Start button

• (3) Open Devices and Printers

• (4) Right click on your Deskjet 

• (5) Left click on Printing Preferences 

• (6) Click on the Paper/Quality tab

• (7) Select Advanced on the bottom right

• (8) Under the Paper Size drop-down select Legal 

• (9) Click OK

• (10) Select Apply and OK on the Printing Preferences box

 

Now that the driver has been set to Legal, test printing. 🙂

• (1) What size of paper are you trying to print on?

good day :Wink:

so  in other paper size like letter size . A4 etc. theirs no problem for printing but when i was able to print a legal size i was encoutered a mismatch error . im trying to change to default paper size to legal but the problem not fix:-(.

 

my operating system that i used is windows 10 and windows 7.
