I have a case number but I am having a little of a hard time getting together. The problem is and first of all this is a brand new printer. When I try to enlarge a document which is approximately 3x4 inches in size, I lay the original on the glass, set how much to enlarge, when I run the copy the original dosent enlarge but it prints the originalin different places on the copy. Now tonight I downloaded and installed a new driver. I havent tried to enlarge yet. I believe I had better try it to see if maybe it is resolved. Dont know yetemail me with any suggestions.
