Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer was working fine then the color ink was not working even after cleaning a short time later the black was more of a light grey so I did a software/driver updated and now can't get anything to print

printer model is HP ENVY 7645

like I said the image is on the screen of my pc but does not seem to be captured by the printer when it attemps to print and gives me a blank page.
