PCWizard:
Unfortunately, there is no "Accept As Solution" button next to the Cancel and Post buttons or next to the Reply and Quick Reply buttons. It is possible that my anti virus program is surpressing it, as a popup.
Thanks.

You misunderstand.
1. I can run it on this computer using Windows Fax and Scan.
2. I have previously and presently searched exhaustively and there is no file starting with 7z. The OS is set to show me all files.

Hi Jon,
What printer do you have again. I will download the file and double check that it extracts the software to the %temp% folder, and then check to see if there is the CCC\Utils\Uninstall_L4.bat file.

Hi JonCowan,
I have tested the download from the HP website - HP Customer Care > HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer - C310a > Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit), and it extracted to the proper folder %temp% or C:\Users\pcwizard\AppData\Local\Temp\7zS79CF\util\ccc. Within the ccc folder is the uninstall_L4.bat file to uninstall the printer. If you download the file and are unable to locate the Uninstall_L4 file in the CCC folder you will need to try downloading this file using a different computer. Let me know what you find out?
