When I installed the HP Smart App on my android smart phone I accidentally activated the trial fax app. I followed the link to the dashboard on my PC but there is no dashboard. Any assistance in cancelling the trial is greatly appreciated, since at this time I have no need for faxing and do not want to set up an account. Thank you

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Share the screenshot of the window that you're looking at for the account set up.

The app is part of the HP Smart app for Android for the Officejet Pro 6968 printer. I downloaded the app onto my phone through Google Play store as instructed during the installation of the drivers and software of the printer into my new laptop. Sorry I can't send screen shot since it appeared during installation.

The mobile fax is an in-built feature on the HP Smart App. You can choose to use it or just let it be. If you have not enrolled or entered any details, you don't have to worry.

How do you cancel the fax trial for the Tango X printer, if I choose to cancel? It states I will receive info at end of trial, but gives no monthly cost of plan. Also states to cancel trial from dashboard but there is no option.

Mobile fax service via HP Smart app is free for a limited time and a limited number of pages. HP has the right to disable the service at any time for any reason for anyone or all users.
