Hi there,
suddenly i have the following message when I try to scan : Cannot resolve the SMTP server.
Check the SMTP and DNS server
I use Hotmail and have used smtp-mail.**bleep** for SMTP server and 587 for port.
I have changed my router a couple of weeks ago, could it be related? Although it says that I am connected to the wifi and I can print just fine
Thanks for your help

Hi,
Please open the Network tab and there select the IPv4 setting.
Make sure it is not set as AutoIP by any chance, if it is change it to DHCP and save the changes, then test the scan profile again.
If it still fails, also under Networking select Network Identification, then set a public DNS IPv4 of Google DNS services.
Set the primary IPv4 DNS address as 8.8.8.8
The Secondary as 8.8.4.4
Now test the profile again and check for any change.
