Product: Hp deskjet 2620 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to print and scan without internet using usb cable. Now to do same the app requires internet access. What do I do to print and scan without internet access as I used to previously? Hp deskjet 2620 printer is the product.

Try using the HP FULL software solution, once installed, it does not need the internet access:
